By opting in to receive text messages from David Mitchell Garrett Law Office PLLC, doing business as Garrett Law ("Garrett Law," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these SMS Terms.

Program Description

Garrett Law may send text messages regarding your inquiry, case evaluation, appointment scheduling, and related legal services.

No Attorney-Client Relationship

Sending or receiving a text message does not create an attorney-client relationship. No attorney-client relationship exists until we have confirmed it in a signed written agreement.

Do Not Send Confidential Information by Text

Text messages are not a secure or confidential method of communication. They may be stored by mobile carriers and messaging providers and may be visible to anyone with access to your device. Please do not send case details, documents, or other sensitive information by text message. Use a telephone call or email for substantive communication about your matter.

Not for Urgent or Time-Sensitive Matters

Text messaging is not monitored continuously and must not be used for urgent or time-sensitive matters, including hearing dates, filing deadlines, or emergencies. Do not use text messaging to report an emergency. If your matter is urgent, call our office at 918-221-6190.

Consent

You may opt in by providing your mobile telephone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on a Garrett Law form. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving legal services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Garrett Law and the nature of your inquiry or legal matter.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.

Opting Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Garrett Law. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming that your request has been processed. No further text messages will be sent unless you provide consent again.

Changes to Your Mobile Number

Please notify us promptly if your mobile telephone number changes or is transferred so that we do not send messages to a number no longer associated with you.

Privacy

Garrett Law handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Mobile information, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
